ALPHANAM’s kickoff to international hospitality excellence in Vietnam

Founded in 1995, Alphanam continues to grow and is currently developing real estate projects in a great number of Vietnam’s provinces; tapping into the country’s untapped potential. Alphanam has developed two international hotel projects along the coast of Danang: the Four Points by Sheraton and Altara Suites, contributing to the country’s high-quality hospitality segment. One of the great things about travelling is the oppotunity to take in breathtaking scenery that you cannot find at home. If you want to really relish that experience, Altara Suites offers some of the city’s most spectacular views.

On their iconic rooftop, magical views are guaranteed, such as the glistening My Khe beach stretching along the coastline around Son Tra peninsula, or the beautiful sunset over Danang’s mountainous terrain.

The rooftop bar serves food, snacks, and drinks, and the Altitude restaurant serves up scrumptious meals and a stunning view of the mountains, and the city of Danang.

To ensure a unique service for travelers, Altara Suites has entered into a co-operation with Ri-Yaz Hotels and Resorts. This collaboration has brought top-notch services to customers visiting from around the world, and people are noticing; hereby a 5-star review from TripAdvisor:

“Altara’s apartments are nothing short of breathtaking. For now, I would certainly classify this beautiful establishment as a resort, although these suites are advertised as apartments. This place has the feel of a 5-star resort.”

Through this strategic collaboration, Alphanam Group is showing its commitment to meet international service standards. The partnership assures utmost respect for values and integrity, with the aim of elevating Altara Suites to the top 10 of serviced apartment hotels in Danang.

The impressive achievements of Altara Suites in recent years are motivation for Alphanam to continue developing the Altara brand in the future.

At the end of November 2019, Alphanam and Ri-Yaz Hotels & Resorts signed a co-operation agreement to develop Altara Residences Quy Nhon in Binh Dinh and Altara Suites Sapa in Lao Cai province. The event was witnessed by the Malaysian Prime Minister Mahathir bin Mohamad and the Vietnamese Ambassador to Malaysia Dr. Le Quy Quynh.

The co-operation between Alphanam Group and Marriott International is the spiritual child of Nguyen Ngoc My - a talented young businesswoman also known as Sylvia Nguyen.

From the group’s first steps in the hotel and resort segment, Nguyen Ngoc My was the pioneer and contacted many international brands to find the right way for Alphanam. Her constant efforts, along with the rigorous criteria of Marriott International, made Vietnam home to the first hotel under the Four Points by Sheraton brand.

Nestled along Danang’s beautiful coastline, guests can experience the best of Danang at the resort-style hotel Four Points by Sheraton Danang, where comfort and convenience come first.

With 390 rooms set over 36 floors, the hotel offers excellent facilities and services together with stunning panoramic views of the golden beach and the vibrant city of Danang.

In addition, Four Points by Sheraton Danang offers the best options for events and conferences and is perfect for large-scale and high-level business gatherings.

The location boasts a total of 840 square meters of meeting and event space, including a 414sqm Grand Ballroom, that can be divided into smaller sections, and seven meeting rooms with modern equipment.
