VNG: Board approves to cooperate with Dong Thuan

On January 14, 2020, the Board of Directors of Thanh Thanh Cong Tourist Joint Stock Company approved the cooperation with Dong Thuan Tourist Joint Stock Company in the investment and management of Resort Area on Yen Ninh road, Van Hai ward, Phan Rang – Thap Cham city, Ninh Thuan province.

Accordingly, Dong Thuan Tourist Joint Stock Company will contribute by its land-use right, ownership of houses and land-attached assets of Resort Area, as well as the existing equipment at the signing date of cooperation agreement. Thanh Thanh Cong Tourist Joint Stock Company will contribute by mobilizing capital to complete the construction of Resort Area. The corporation time is expected to last 10 years from the signing date of agreement.
