Binh Phuoc opens agricultural product trading floor

The Department of Industry and Trade of Binh Phuoc Province opened its agricultural product trading floor on Monday.

According to the department, this trading floor aims to create more favourable conditions for the business community and cooperatives in the province in joining e-commerce activities in the agricultural production and trading sector.

When participating on this trading floor, the businesses and cooperatives will directly advertise products to buyers without intermediaries. Thereby, they can cut costs on stores, warehouses, marketing, sales and management.

With this agricultural product trading floor, customers can buy goods anytime and anywhere with preferential prices without intermediaries as well as access more product information and convenient payment methods.

At the opening ceremony, the delegates cut the ribbon to open the Agricultural Product Trading Floor of Binh Phuoc and signed agreements on joining this floor.

At present, this trading floor has attracted 30 local enterprises to register with many kinds of agricultural products, such as cashews, coffee, pepper and rubber.

Huynh Anh Minh, Vice Chairman of Binh Phuoc People's Committee, has asked the provincial Department of Industry and Trade to continue the management and development of the trading floor.

Meanwhile, he expects local businesses to actively participate in the provincial agricultural product trading floor.
