Novaland Expo: Raising the bar with leading brands

The upcoming Novaland Expo, slated to take place on December 4-8, is expected to render a comprehensive picture about the market in diverse fields, as well as provide numerous opportunities for real estate investment.

“Having had the opportunity to attend real estate exhibitions at several major cities across Asia like Shanghai and Hong Kong, I’m quite excited and eagerly await a similar event held by Novaland Group in this December. As usual, this would provide good investment options at the year-end period. The co-operation between Novaland and its business partners will yield great synergies, helping to augment customers’ asset value in a sustainable manner,” said Quan Minh, a Novaland customer living in Ho Chi Minh City’s District 2.

A festival of leading local and international brands

The upcoming Novaland Expo will bring to exposure a portfolio of Novaland projects and an ecosystem of compelling services provided by Novaland’s 40-plus strategic partners engaging in more than 20 fields and sectors.

“Through bringing together leading prestigious brands across the board, including the building materials industry and interior-exterior decoration that link closely to real estate, Novaland Expo is a significant event, helping to strengthen my trust in the quality of Novaland products,” Minh added.

At the exhibition space belonging to building materials and interior-exterior decoration, the participants will be provided with useful information about contemporary construction trends from well-established businesses in “hardware” construction such as DP Consulting – the supplier and designer installing and providing after-sales services for the backup power generator system and hydraulic engines of Rolls-Royce Power Systems; Hoa Binh Group – Vietnam’s largest EPC contractor; Ricons – a high-profile construction player; Minh Thanh Ltd. – a prestigious power generator supplier; Schindler – a global player in manufacturing, installation, and service provision for elevators; or Khai Toan Group – a leading player in electrical equipment and lighting.

Notably, the participants will receive useful advice relevant to the design, execution, and purchase of smart interior-exterior solutions in the 4.0 age from Galaxycons; as well as get hands-on experience with Hafele – a well-known German interior brand; with Daikin, Panasonic and LG – leading electrical cryogenic brands; or with Fitin – an e-commerce website applying multi-dimentional technologies into furnishing transactions.

Elevating personalised experience

Unlike Quan Minh, Minh Hanh from Ho Chi Minh City’s District 8 wishes to get a better view of the personalised experience by partaking in diverse consultation, life-style, and entertainment activities at Novaland Expo.

“In this upcoming event in December, I hope to have a chance to grab good items like in the previous two events I attended. As there will be many more intriguing activities, my whole family will join, and we intend to put money into resort real estate as we love golf,” Hanh said.

Furthermore, at Novaland Expo visitors will be able to access useful information about the market and life-style enhancement through taking part in seminars presented by Novaland’s leading partners, such as Kho Thi beauty salon, or the Professional Golfers Association (PGA) of America.

To elevate visitors’ experience, the entertainment-sports space will allow participants to join balloon flying, provided by Ballooning Media – the first Vietnamese firm engaged in professional aerial sports; outdoor golf practice; or experience 3D technologies. Especially, GreenlinesDP – a leading brand in waterway passenger transportation and a strategic partner of Novaland – will pick up visitors from Bach Dang hi-speed boat station at 10B Ton Duc Thang road, Ben Nghe ward in Ho Chi Minh City’s District 1 to Novaland Expo’s venue.
