Taiwan quality items on display at Expo 2019

More than 30 top brands awarded with the prestigious Taiwan Excellence Award have joined in the Taiwanese International Trade Fair – Taiwan Expo 2019, hosted by the Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA).

The three-day event began on Wednesday at Ha Noi’s International Center of Exhibition.

Taiwan Expo 2019 attracts nearly 200 brand names covering multifaceted sectors, with a view to promoting Taiwanese image and products.

Taiwan Excellence Pavilion is expected to impress visitors with the appearance of 34 prominent and top-quality Taiwanese brands, many that are already familiar with Vietnamese consumers and some fresh names such as: Buder, Firdo, Gigo, Bubblingplus and many others.

Visitors will have chance to individually interact with a series of breakthrough technologies, which p across various categories, including information and communication technology (ICT), home appliances, health care equipment and transportation. These state-to-the-art technologies are invented to bring a more convenient life and satisfy Vietnamese consumers.

Wu Chun-Tse, director of the Strategic Marketing Department, Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA), said: “Just over 20 years ago, it was hard for anyone to imagine such a smart and comfortable life thanks to the development of the technology like what people are having today.”

As a part of Taiwan Excellence Campaign in 2019, and to mark the 10th year the campaign accompanying Vietnamese consumers, Taiwan Excellence organised “Taiwan Excellence Day” for the first day in Viet Nam.
