Annual PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards to be given today

The Viet Nam’s most prestigious and respected property developers will be honoured at an exclusive gala dinner and awards presentation ceremony in HCM City this evening.

The fifth annual PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards, given by Kohler and local partner Oriental Media, will acknowledge the best in various aspects of property development as well as exemplary achievements in public construction.

This year’s official short list of nominees has been announced following a rigorous selection process.

First-time nominees include Gotec Land, GFS Group, Phuc Khang Corporation and Maxland.

There are 52 competition categories and special awards, including for corporate social responsibility and sustainable development.

The 2019 panel of judges is led once again by Thien Duong, managing director of Transform Architecture.

The event will take place at the InterContinental Saigon Hotel in District 1 and expects to receive more than 500 guests and senior industry leaders.

This year’s event is supported by gold sponsors Hitachi Elevators & Escalators, An Cuong Wood Working, LMG, and Malloca; silver sponsors Dulux Professional, Electrolux and VietCeramics; official portal partner Batdongsan.com.vn; official magazine PropertyGuru Property Report; official supervisor BDO; and local representative Oriental Media Vietnam.

The media partners are Viet Nam News, Deluxe Magazine, Vietnam Heritage and Forbes Vietnam.

Last year 43 awards were given to more than 25 companies and public-private entities.

The event is part of the regional PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards programme established in Thailand in 2005.
