On July 12, 2019, CMC Corporation announces the information on stock issuance for capital increase from the owner’s equity as follows:

-       Stock name: CMC Corporation

-       Stock type: common shae

-       Par value: VND10,000/share

-       Number of shares issued: 72,055,210 shares

-       Number of outstanding shares: 72,055,210 shares

-       Number of treasury shares: 0 share

-       Number of shares expected to be issued: 2,945,616 shares

-       Total value (based on par value): VND29,456,160,000

-       Issue ratio:  4.088%

-       Record date: July 25, 2019

-       Time of implementation: expected in July 2019 or August 2019

-      Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down, the fractional shares will be cancelled.

-     For example: At the record date, shareholder A owned 10,000 shares. With 4.088% performing ratio, the shareholder A will receive: 10,000 * 4.088/100 = 408.8 shares. According to rounding policy, the shareholder A receives 408 new shares. The fractional shares of 0.8 will be cancelled.
