GDT: Information on purchasing the treasury shares

On June 24, 2019, Duc Thanh Wood Processing Joint Stock Company announces the purchase of treasury shares as follows:

-   Number of treasury shares before trading: 101,585 shares

-   Number of registered shares to buy: 26,150 shares

-   Purpose: to buy shares to make its treasury shares.

-   Expected trading period: expected from July 04, 2019 to July 08, 2019

-   Trading method: to transfer rights the owning to Duc Thanh Wood Processing Joint Stock Company.

-   Purchase price: 100% par value.
