On June 10, 2019, the Board resolution of Dat Xanh Group Joint Stock Company approved to transfer 24,799,980 shares from ViDo Land Invest Corp to Ha An Real Estate Investment Trading Joint Stock Company with the transfer value of VND247,999,800,000.
