Phu My Hung to sell The Peak next week

Phu My Hung Development Corporation said this week it would launch the second phase of The Peak on May 25th following the successful first phase at the end of the first quarter.

The Peak, the last project in Phu My Hung Midtown, is being developed in the district of Phu My Hung City Center, with the first phase comprising four buildings and the second having towers between 13 and 30 stories high.

More choice in the luxury segment

Phu My Hung Development Corporation said that The Peak is designed to be the top development in the Phu My Hung Midtown complex. As its name implies, the project will be the best component in terms of , design, finishing, amenities, and public areas.

The second phase of The Peak will be “the top of the top”/ “the best of the best”, the company said, comparing it with a jewel placed on top of a crown.

It said with every project in Phu My Hung Midtown being more luxurious and upgraded than the previous, The Peak, the final project, will be the most luxurious.

If the Chateau is the symbol of the villa segment in the Phu My Hung City Center, The Peak is positioned as the most opulent condo project that Phu My Hung Development Corporation has built in its over 25 years in Viet Nam.

The Peak is positioned as a high-end rather than luxury condo project, yet it meets all the standards of any luxury condo project launched in the market until now, the company said.

Double benefit for customers

A property market researcher in Viet Nam listed all the criteria for a luxury project: location, development team, the project’s uniqueness, amenities & design, finishing, management, and finance-related issues.

The Peak not only meets all these criteria but also offers other value additions that none else does.

One of them is the community.

Customers buying condos in the project, all possess high intellectual as well as strong financial capacity.

The other value addition that The Peak offers, like all other developments by the Phu My Hung Development Corporation, is the clear legal ownership status conferred on buyers.

Experts said its customers benefit from the fact that only 2 per cent of condos in HCM City are designated as “luxury” and their prices are double that of The Peak.

Thus, customers will get a double benefit when buying The Peak -- they pay the price of a high-end condo but get a luxury one.

Furthermore, the limited number of units in The Peak will rev up the market, especially since it is the last condo project in the Phu My Hung Midtown complex.

The complex comprises four components, The Grande, The Symphony, The Signature, and The Peak.

It is the first complex project that the Phu My Hung Development Corporation has developed in collaboration with Japanese partners.
