KDH: Board approves to seek shareholders’ approval

On May 23, 2019, Khang Dien House Trading and Investment Joint Stock Company approves to seek shareholders’ approval in writing as follows:

-       Purpose of the record date:

  • To seek shareholders’ approval for the resignation and appointment of member of the Board of Directors for the term of 2017 – 2022;
  • To carry out the dividend payment in cash and in stock and issue bonus shares according to the plans adopted by the general meeting of shareholders on April 12, 2019.

-       Record date: June 12, 2019

-       Payment date for cash dividend: June 26, 2019

-       Time for seeking shareholders’ approval in writing: in June 2019.
