VIP: Notice of change of personnel

On April 12, 2019, the Board of Directors of Viet Nam Petroleum Transport Joint Stock Company approved to re-appoint Mr. Dao Ngoc Trung as Deputy CEO as from April 01, 2019 for a term of 05 years.

Besides, the Board of Directors approved agenda and documents of the 2019 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders as follows:

-       Reports on business performance in 2018 and plan for 2019;

-       Report of the Board of Directors;

-       Report of the Board of Supervisors;

-       The audited financial statements in 2018 and profit distribution;

-       Document on salary and remuneration of the Board of Directors, Board of Supervisors;

-       Choosing an audit company for VIP in 2019;

-       Adding business lines;

-       Other documents.
