Shopping for sale-off US brands easier than ever with US Express

US Express, an e-commerce business specialised in purchasing and shipping goods from the US to Vietnam, on April 17 held the "Sale-off Authentic Brands" event aiming to launch its system connected to Nordstromrack and HauteLook, the biggest sale-off authentic brands in the world.

Customers attending the event had the opportunity to buy a wide range of products from many prestigious US brands at discount prices of up to 90 per cent. In addition, US Express also organised the “Order 4.0” talk show to introduce its services of purchasing sale-off branded items from the US, organized a lucky draw, and a reverse auctionof branded products from VND0.

The US is known as the birthplace of global brands and its goods, supplies, and utensilsare widely loved by consumers, including Vietnamese. However, the purchasing of authentic US goods and shipping time remains an obstacle for consumers as many US e-commerce websites block access or charge membership fees. Moreover, the payment and shipping stages are quite complicated.

With the desire to help Vietnamese consumers purchase US goods easily from the comfort of their home, US Express was born to improve cross-border e-commerce with high-technology solutions on an automated platform. By a few simple clicks or taps, Vietnamese consumers can now easily buy the products that they love, pay automatically, and follow the shipping process through the US Express site.

From the beginning, US Express has been co-operating with Amazon, the world-leading e-commerce giant selling more than 400 million products on its platform and received hyper-positive responses from consumers. Three months later, US Express was completely connected to the Costco supermarket system, the largest warehouse in the US that only provides services to its members. While usual members have to pay $60-120 per year for membership fee, Vietnamese consumers are not subject to this fee when placing orders through US Express.

Recently, US Express has expanded its strategic partnership with Nordstromrack and HauteLook. Nordstrom Rack is the retail arm for sale-off products of Nordstrom Inc., a US-based fashion and beauty retail group founded in 1901 in Seattle, Washington. Many well-known brands such as Marc Jacobs, Michael Kors, and Calvin Klein choose to distribute their products in Nordstrom stores.

In 2011, Nordstrom bought HauteLook, a website founded by a group of fashion lovers. HauteLook regularly offers sale off programmes of up to 75 per cent from a series of prestigious fashion brands.

“While most companies provide order services from the US connect to Amazon only, US Express focuses on technology development and now has connected to six US e-commerce platforms already. Moreover, we have warehouses, offices, and human resources in the US to ensure the most optimal shipping process. In the future, US Express targets connecting to 40-50 brands to become the leading cross-border e-commerce platform in Vietnam,” said Chien Pham, CEO of US Express.

As a cross-border e-commerce platform, usexpress.vn is a pioneer in integrated technology solutions in the whole procurement process to provide a convenient shopping experience from foreign countries for Vietnamese users.

US Express embraces the mission to connect with the global e-commerce market by helping Vietnamese users easily approach e-commerce platforms in the world without any barriers. US Express aims to become the leading e-commerce platform in Vietnam by 2020.
