Hanoi Plas Print Pack expo opens

The 2019 Hanoi Plas Print Pack, a biennial international exhibition on the plastic, print and packaging industry, opened in Ha Noi on Wednesday.

 

One hundred and 80 companies from ten nations and territories of India, Taiwan, The Netherlands, South Korea, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Japan, Singapore, China and Viet Nam are taking part.

Dinh Duc Thang, standing vice president of the Viet Nam Plastic Association, said at the opening ceremony that for the period 2014-18, Viet Nam's plastic industry witnessed import value of machinery and equipment growing roughly by 18 per cent per year.

The exhibition is expected to attract more than 8,000 trade visitors.
