DIG: Information on planning the stock issuance for capital increase

Development Investment Construction Joint Stock Corporation announces the plan for stock issuance to raise charter capital as follows:

-    Stock name: Development Investment Construction Joint Stock Corporation

-       Charter capital: VND2,524,847,830,000

-       Stock type: common share

-       Par value: VND10,000/share

-       Ex-right date: February 28, 2019

-       Record date: March 01, 2019

-   Reason & purpose: to implement the purchase rights to existing shareholders.

-       Expected issue volume: 47,638,964 shares

-       Issue price: VND13,000/share

-       Exercise ratio: 1:0.188 (shareholder who owns 01 share will receive 01 right, and with every 01 right will be entitled to purchase 0.188 new shares.)

-       How to deal with fractional shares: The number of newly issued shares bought by each existing shareholder will be rounded down.

-       For example: At the record date, the shareholder A owns 225 shares. With 1:0.188 performing ratio, the shareholder A will purchase: 225/1 * 0.188 = 42.3 shares. According to rounding policy, the shareholder A purchases 42 new shares.

-       Regulation on rights transfer:

+    Time for rights transference: from March 08, 2019 to March 20, 2019

+    The rights should be transferred only once.

-      Regulation on securities purchased:

+   Time for subscription and deposit:  from March 08, 2019 to March 29, 2019.

+   The new shares are freely transferable.

-     Bank for blocking depository money:
