BIM Group launches InterContinental Phu Quoc Long Beach Resort

Property developer BIM Group will officially launch InterContinental Phu Quoc Long Beach Resort in the southern province of Kien Giang on January 11.

 

This is the first five-star resort hotel project of BIM Group in Viet Nam and also the second project to mark cooperation with the prestigious hotel management group InterContinental Hotels Group PLC (IHG), following the A Crowne Plaza project in Vientiane, Laos.

As one of the first enterprises to invest in Kien Giang Province in a complex for the development of seed sources, shrimp farming and seafood processing factories, BIM Group has gradually expanded to develop land of 155ha on Phu Quoc island into a tourist complex with synchronous planning. It will be the new tourist centre in accordance with international standards of Phu Quoc with leading resort and entertainment brands.

Phu Quoc Marina today has been gradually formed with the launch of the leading entertainment club in Southeast Asia with the famous Sailing Club which was launched in December 2018.

InterContinental Phu Quoc Long Beach Resort is located in Phu Quoc Marina complex, to the south of pristine and peaceful Bai Truong (Long Beach). The resort inherits the unrivaled privacy of the most famous beach of this emerald island.

With unique architecture in the shape of a starfish, the resort, with 459 standard rooms, suites and high-class villas together with five-star entertainment facilities is the perfect combination of exquisite elegance of architecture, the stunning beauty of the sea view and the sophistication of international service by a world-renowned hotel management group InterContinental Hotels Group.

Although coming into operation in June 2018, InterContinental Phu Quoc Long Beach Resort has received three prestigious "Oscar" awards from the tourism industry, impressing a series of representatives from different continents and territories to win prestigious awards such as World’s Leading New Family Resort 2018; World’s Leading New Luxury Resort 2018 and World’s Leading New MICE Resort 2018.

In addition, the international magazine Travel + Leisure voted the resort as one of the world’s best hotels at the China Travel Awards 2018 held in Shanghai in December 2018.

With a land fund of more than eight million sq.m in Quang Ninh, Phu Quoc, Ha Noi, Ninh Thuan, Vientiane (Laos) and still expanding in cities and potential tourist destinations, BIM Group is one of the tourism infrastructure and real estate developers with global vision, focusing on quality and advocating cooperation with a number of the most international resort brands in Viet Nam.
