SonKim Land’s HCM City project wins International Property Award

SonKim Land Corporation’s Serenity Sky Villas won the “Condominium Asia Pacific” award at the International Property Awards in London on December 3.

SonKim is the first developer to introduce the sky villa concept in the heart of HCM City.

The project has previously won other prestigious international awards like the 2018 BCI Interior Design Awards and the 2018 Asia Pacific Property Awards in three key categories: “Apartment”, “Residential High-rise Development” and “Architecture Multiple Residence”.

In London, it was judged on global real estate industry standards in terms of service quality, sustainable development, standard of living, uniqueness, and creativity.

Andy Han Suk Jung, CEO of SonKim Land, said: “This highly honoured international award is a great landmark in our success and has therefore made us all feel very proud of ourselves after many years of focus and hard work in the luxury real estate market.

“SonKim Land once again confirms its commitment to Serenity Sky Villas, the realisation of Sonkim Land’s boutique strategy to dearest customers.”

The International Property Awards are given to residential projects and all companies around the globe can send in entries. The award ceremonies and events are held on various continents. Prizes are given to various aspects of real-estate projects like architecture, uniqueness of internal and external design and construction initiatives.

The judges are independent internationally acclaimed experts.
