Notice of Cancellation of Auction

The Hochiminh Stock Exchange would like to announce cancellation of auction of the selling shares in blocks of Binh Phuoc Lottery and General Service Com. Ltd in Binh Phuoc Infrastructure Construction Investment Joint Stock Company as follows:

            Until 16:00 on November 10, 2018, the deadline of registration of the application for selection of potential investors to participate in the auction of the selling shares in blocks of Binh Phuoc Lottery and General Service Com. Ltd in Binh Phuoc Infrastructure Construction Investment Joint Stock Company, there was no investor to participate in the application. Therefore, according to Announcement No.02/TB-HĐTĐ dated November 12, 2018 by the Appraisal Board on the result of registration of the application for selection of potential investors and Article 15 promulgating the auction regulation on the selling shares in blocks of Binh Phuoc Lottery and General Service Com. Ltd in Binh Phuoc Infrastructure Construction Investment Joint Stock Company and Decision No.439/QĐ-SGDHCM dated November 02, 2018 by the Chief Executive Officer of Hochiminh Stock Exchange, this auction is not eligible to be held.
