Kingdom requests UAE to invest in key sectors

Cambodia has requested the UAE to invest in the Kingdom’s agriculture, tourism, industry and infrastructure sectors to accelerate economic growth and reduce poverty, a post on the official Ministry of Commerce Facebook page said on Wednesday.

The proposal was made during a meeting with UAE Minister of State for International Cooperation Reem al-Hashimi, by Minister of Commerce Pan Sorasak, who joined the Dubai World Expo 2020 in that country.

During the meeting, the minister highlighted the progress of Cambodia’s economic growth and the incentive policies which the Royal Government provides to foreign companies doing business in Cambodia.
