King Palace receives enthusiastic welcome at launch

With many desirable advantages, King Palace at 108 Nguyen Trai, Hanoi has attracted a host of customers as soon as it was launched. Nearly one-fourth of the apartments found owners during the launching ceremony taking place on September 29.

The first “Kings” found

On September 29, the grand launching ceremony of the King Palace Complex—"Where Kings Live" was held at InterContinental Hanoi Landmark 72 Hotel. In just over two hours of the event, nearly a quarter of the 410 luxury apartments at King Palace were successfully purchased by the first owners.

The main advantage that helped King Palace achieve such impressive results was its prime location at 108 Nguyen Trai Street. The development is located right beside the Royal City Complex, among the most dynamically developing areas in Hanoi, where many professionals and businessmen from Japan, South Korea, and European countries work and live.

In addition, with its unique design and optimised living space, equipped with world-class facilities and integrated with smart technology, the King Palace effortlessly attracts the attention of customers in the high-class segment.

Selling nearly a quarter of the apartments on the day of launching is an impressive result for a high-end project in Hanoi. The outstanding features, apartment designs, and floor plans immediately won the hearts of investors.

One of the honoured sponsors of King Palace's launching ceremony on September 29 was CAO Fine Jewellery. At the event, the first apartment owners were presented with gifts worth a total of VND 300 million ($13,000), the most valuable of which was golden rice that symbolises the sponsor.

Many apartments acquired by the Korean community

Among the apartments sold at the King Palace launching ceremony, 65 units were bought by Korean people living and investing in Vietnam through their representative Kim Jae Hoon, CEO of J & Partners. This is also the highlight of the grand launching ceremony called "Journey to find the Kings."

The interest of the South Korean community came as no surprise. This special project has been the centre of attention and was assessed by real estate experts as particularly attractive for foreign customers.

Lee Jae Hoon said at the event: "Although there are many real estate projects constructed in Hanoi, few projects could meet King Palace’s standards of architecture, location, and quality. Built and operated in line with the highest international standards, I believe King Palace could be the best choice for foreigners in general and the Korean community in particular.”

King Palace is expected to continue stirring up Hanoi’s property market. In addition to its prime location, modern facilities, international-quality management services from Savills, and leading integrated technology, King Palace also offers investors attractive and exclusive financial support from Saigon Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SHB).
