FECON elects KPMG as strategic consultancy unit in 2019-2025

FECON JSC (code: FCN) and KPMG Tax and Advisory Co., Ltd. have just launched the Development Strategy Consultancy in 2019-2025, with vision to 2030, as well as officially implemented the consultancy contract signed by the two companies in August.

Accordingly, KPMG will provide consultancy and support FECON to build its business strategy, including identifying vision and targets, assessing the overall market, analysing the internal situation, choosing a strategy, and outlining the schedule for these strategies.

KPMG will send a team of leading experts on development and organisation, infrastructural development, and financial experts from the US, Hong Kong, Australia, and Vietnam to consolidate and develop the core business activities of FECON and support it to carry out this project.

With the target of becoming the leading Vietnamese company in infrastructure development, FECON chose KPMG as an experienced strategic partner. KPMG’s nine levers of value approach, which has been successfully applied at many other firms over the world, is the foundation for FECON to elect this partner for its period of breakthrough development.

KPMG is one of the biggest consultancy providers in Vietnam, with a global network of professional subsidiaries in the fields of audit, taxation, and consultancy. KPMG is present in 155 countries with 155,000 officers.

In Vietnam, KPMG employs a staff of 1,400 working at its offices in Hanoi, Danang, and Ho Chi Minh City. KPMG Vietnam also collaborates with KPMG in the region and over the world to offer diversified services of audit, taxation, and consultancy, including strategic consultancy.
