VCB: BOD approves the agreements between VCB and VCBS

On August 15, 2018, the Board of Directors of Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Viet Nam (Vietcombank) approved the result of the divestment of Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Viet Nam in Petrovietnam Drilling & Well Service Corporation (PVD) and the plan for the selling of fractional shares. Accordingly, VCB sold 02 fractional shares to Vietcombank Securities Company Ltd.
