PVD: Board approves to restructure between BJ-PVD and PVD-BH

On August 06, 2018, the Board of Directors of Petrovietnam Drilling & Well Service Corporation approved to restructure between BJ-PV Drilling Service Joint Venture Company (BJ-PV) and PV Drilling Wells Technology & Baker Hughes Joint Venture Company Limited (PVD-BH) with the following contents:

-       Dissolution of the joint venture BJ-PVD when the joint venture contract expires;

-       To supplement the business lines of the joint venture PVD-BH.
