On June 13, 2018, Viet Nam Electrical Equipment Joint Stock Corporation (GELEX) approved the change of bond guarantee plan as follows:

-          Approving that GELEX Electrical Equipment Co. Ltd. (GELEX ELECTRIC) will mortgage the following shares as the collateral for the bonds that GELEX issues after GELEX ELECTRIC officially owns these shares.
