SonKim Land wins in 3 categories at Asia Pacific Property

Awards

Serenity Sky Villas project developed by SonKim Land Corporation won in three key categories at the 2018 Asia Pacific Property Awards in Bangkok last week: Apartment, Residential High-rise Development, and Architecture Multiple Residence.

The project thus gets a nomination to the International Property Awards to be held in London next November in the Condominium Asia Pacific category.

Serenity Sky Villas is a luxury condominium project in HCM City’s District 3 comprising 45 sky villas ranging from one to four bedrooms and penthouses.

The key design concept is to create a tropical skyscraper with villas in the sky.

Each condo comes with a private garden and swimming pool.

The Asia Pacific Property Awards, part of the International Property Awards, celebrate the highest levels of achievement by companies operating in all sectors of the property and real estate industry.

Participants enter at their relevant national level and are judged by property industry professionals.
