VIDC to launch show house of The Mansions next week

The real estate market of southwestern Hanoi is becoming more exciting with the official launch of the show house of The Mansions next week.

Vietnam International Township Development JSC (VIDC) is planning to launch on April 18. The Mansions is the most luxurious neighborhood so far in ParkCity Hanoi township, including villas with adjoining gardens highlighting the essence of the project design.

The newly completed show house is expected to provide customers a greater insight into the design and layout of these innovative homes and an overview of this premium project.

The Mansions offers larger living spaces than the completed Nadyne and Evelyn Gardens. Exclusively designed, The Mansions offers 3 and 4-storey regal parkhomes with only a total of 146 units in its own enclave.

The 4-storey parkhome comes with its own private lift accessible from each floor. The layouts are very luxurious with generous living spaces. There is also a private clubhouse with sports amenities designed for the exclusive use of the owners.

With an area of 5.16 hectares, comprising of 146 units (75 three-storey and 71 four-storey Parkhomes, The Mansions has the lowest construction density in Vietnam today.

“In the second quarter of 2018, ParkCity Hanoi Towncenter will officially break ground, which will be an additional attractive factor to customers, making the southwestern Hanoi real estate market more exciting.

ParkCity Mall, targeted to be completed in the end of 2019 offers a four-storey retail mall to house a supermarket, cinema, family entertainment, food court, pre-school centre, food and beverage outlets, and high fashion among others. In parallel, we continue to construct the villas and the first condominium this year and the year 2019,” Yap Chin Hua, VIDC general director, told VIR.

“Despite talk about the market being volatile and the real estate industry being under pressure, I see real potential in ParkCity Hanoi Township. Our strategy is to remain innovative and introduce differentiated products to meet the current market demand. We will always continue to look into strengthening and improving the neighborhood and community livability.”

ParkCity Hanoi is the first township that offers customers completely different and premium experiences. Within the 1.7ha land and $20 million invested to date, ParkCity Club Hanoi has the largest public amenities in Hanoi.

It is developed by VIDC, a member of Perdana ParkCity Sdn., Bhd., a regional property development and investment company based in Malaysia.

ParkCity Hanoi is proud to be granted with prestigious real estate awards: Best Housing Architectural Design 2017 (Asia Property Awards), Best Housing Development (Hanoi), Best Housing Development (Vietnam), and Best Retail Landscape & Architectural Design (Vietnam Property Awards 2017. Besides ParkCity Hanoi, it has two other township developments—Desa ParkCity in Kuala Lumpur and Marina ParkCity in East Malaysia.
