ParkCity Hanoi township’s villas to open for sale

Vietnam International Township Development JSC (VIDC) will start the sale of The Mansions---the most luxurious subdivision in ParkCity Hanoi township---on April 18.

Covering a total area of 5.16ha, The Mansions comprises 146 villas, including 75 three-storey and 71 four-storey ones. It also includes other amenities such as a multipurpose hall, two swimming pools, gardens and a playground.

The Mansions, which offers three- and four-storey landed homes with a spacious layout ranging from 295-438sq.m, aims to cater to the affluent market segment looking for premium homes, VIDC General Director Yap Chin Hua told journalists on Thursday.

The four-storey landed home is the first-of-its-kind premium home equipped with private lift, facilitating easy movement of heavy objects as well as the elderly.

ParkCity Hanoi, financed by VIDC---member of Malaysian Perdana ParkCity Sdn Bhd---is a 77.4ha township started in 2007. Also known as “The Park-Homes”, the special design helps to connect all the units with a linear park system.

The township has won prestigious real estate awards, including Best Housing Architectural Design 2017 (Asia Property Awards), Best Housing Development in Ha Noi, Best Housing Development in Viet Nam and Best Retail Landscape and Architectural Design (Vietnam Property Awards 2017).

To date, VIDC has completed two precincts of the 6.46ha-Nadyne Gardens, comprising townhouses and villas; the 4.71ha-Evelyne Gardens including three-story terrace homes and a clubhouse.

Work on another precinct, ParkCity Hanoi Town Centre, is expected to begin in the second quarter of this year.
