SBT: Board resolution on capital increase in TTC Attapeu

Thanh Thanh Cong Tay Ninh Joint Stock Company announces the Board resolution dated November 13, 2017 as follows:

-          The Board of Directors approved to raise the charter capital of TTC Attapeu Cane Sugar Limited Company from VND815 billion to VND1,715 billion, of which:

a)    Thanh Thanh Cong Tay Ninh Joint Stock Company will not directly contribute capital. The Company will transfer the right of capital contribution to another member, TTC Bien Hoa - Dong Nai Sugar One Member Limited Company.

b)    Accordingly, TTC Bien Hoa - Dong Nai Sugar One Member Limited Company will contribute VND900 billion into TTC Attapeu Cane Sugar Limited Company.
