-          Legal representative: Phan Thanh Lac

2)    The acquiring company:

-          Company name: Gia Lai Electricity Joint Stock Company

-          Address: 114 Truong Chinh, Phu Dong ward, Pleiku city, Gia Lai province

-          Legal representative: Thai Van Chuyen.

3)    Time of merger: expected from October 25, 2017.
