Chinese firm to help raise pigs in Cambodia

The Ministry of Agriculture signed a memorandum of understanding with a Chinese agricultural company to provide technical assistance in developing pig production in Cambodia.

The agreement, signed on Tuesday at the 14th China-Asean Expo in Nanning, will see the ministry cooperate with China’s Guangxi Forword Agricultural Technology International Cooperation on breeding research for pig-raising, with the Chinese firm agreeing to establish a piggery in Cambodia.
