PHS: Board resolution _ 19 May 2016

The Board of Directors of Phu Hung Securities Corporation (PHS) on May 19 approved the list of four investors to buy shares in PHS’ private placement to raise its charter capital to VND320 billion, as follows:

1)      Phu Hung Far East Holding Corporation

2)      Vu Thai Investment Consulting Co., Ltd. (*)

3)      Phu Lap Investment Consulting Co., Ltd. (*)

4)      Phu Thinh Investment Consulting Co., Ltd. (*)

 

 (*) The company names are temporarily translated.
