On April 15th, 2016, at the University of Finance & Marketing (UFM) office, Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) and UFM signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the two parties with the witness of Ms. Vu Thi Mai – Vice Minister of Ministry of Finance.
