CTG: VietinBank divests from SGB

On May 18, 2016, Viet Nam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) received an official document from the State Securities Commission of Vietnam regarding the divestment of VietinBank in Saigon Bank for Industry and Trade (SGB). Accordingly, VietinBank will auction 5.48% stake or 16,875,000 shares of SGB in Quarter II.2016, decreasing the holding in SGB from 10.39% to 4.91% (15,121,635 SGB’s shares).
