More mangoes going to France under deal
Mong Reththy Group (MRG), the Kingdom’s largest agro-industrial conglomerate, has secured a deal to export additional volumes of locally grown mangoes to France, the company announced yesterday on its Facebook page.
Mong Reththy, chairman of MRG, concluded the deal with an unnamed company during a visit to Paris, according to the posting, which indicated the group has agreed to ship an extra 500 tonnes of mangoes to France in 2017 and 2018. French buyers also expressed intention to import Cambodian durian and rambutan, it added.
