Diamond Island takes “Best of the Best 2016” award

Diamond Island – the only natural island within Ho Chi Minh City developed by Kusto Home - was awarded “Best of the Best 2016” in the "Private Green Project of the Year" category by Robb Report.

One of the world’s most respected luxury and lifestyle publications, Robb Report has announced this year’s winners of the Best of the Best awards at The Reverie Saigon on January 17, 2017. The awards are dedicated to the most popular and best-performing luxury brands in Vietnam.

This award is the well-deserved result of never-ending efforts to create an ideal place for living and the best value for customers.

Overcoming numerous other high-end projects to receive the award for "Private Green Project of the Year", the luxury waterfront apartments had an excellent run, meeting all of the stringent selection criteria, such as ensuring 60 per cent green density or more, being of a well-known investor in the market, favourable strategic location and modern design, while ensuring unrivalled proximity to nature and the highest standards of security for all residents.

The prestige of the investor is one of the major reasons why customers choose the project. With long experience in international development and management, Kusto Home gradually proved its credibility in Vietnam by maintaining commitment to bring the best quality, ensure construction and handover timing for customers. The strategic cooperation with leading Vietnamese construction company Coteccons, the main contractor of the Diamond Island project, and Techcombank, a reputable financial partner, brings many benefits to customers.

Recently, Kusto Home has signed a VND1.598 trillion contract with Coteccons over an electromechanical construction and finishing package to ensure the project’s quality will live up to the committed standards and strict requirements before handing over to customer.

In Phase 2 of the project, Kusto Home will debut the third tower called Bahamas in early April this year. Every apartment in Bahamas tower has been carefully laid out to offer stunning views over the bustling city centre, the impressive Bitexco tower or the homely private marina and resort swimming pool. With its low construction density and the mere 204 apartments in the 29-storey building provide for ample space and offer residents a sense of freedom rare in Ho Chi Minh City.

Customers can cherry-pick from a variety of apartments to find the perfect fit. Two to four bedroom apartments are available for small and extended families alike. Variety fully fitted from two to four- bedroom to dual-key apartments and duplexes are suitable for all demands of customers, ranging from 88 to 308 square metres. Those looking for true luxury are guaranteed to find a match at one of the Garden Villas, Pool Villas or Sky Villas.
