MoIT launches hotline for supporting trade activities

The Ministry of Industry and Trade (MoIT) has issued regulations on receiving and processing information about administrative procedures for import and export activities via hotline and email.

The ministry would receive all complaints and recommendations from individuals, organisations and enterprises about difficulties and obstacles in administrative procedures related with import and export activities of the ministry as well as other ministries at hotline (04) 22205531 and email thutucxuatnhapkhau@moit.gov.vn.

A telephone operator at the hotline will take note of the information and then forward it to relevant offices under the MoIT and other ministries to resolve those difficulties and obstacles.

Results would be updated on the MoIT's website.
