BIM Group to introduce luxury project Pearl Villas
Quang Ninh-based property developer BIM Group will launch Pearl Villas, a new luxury homes project in the Halong Marina Urban Area, on October 23.
With this project, the property developer is joining in the rapid development trend in the high-end segment.
The Pearl Villas project, with 61 three-and-a-half story villas in modern and sophisticated designs with every detail looked into meticulously, stretches along the 300m long shoreline of Ha Long Bay, a prime location in one of the country's most bustling tourism cities, which, according to feng shui (the science of winds and waters) will bring prosperity, the developer said.
Inspired by the idea of luxurious and upper-class living, the BIM Group will introduce high-end services and modern amenities in harmonisation with the environment, including a smart car park, swimming pool, park and gardens, to make it an ideal living environment.
"Notably, Pearl Villas will be a place where kids can grown up in a developed community and a professional educational environment," Bim Group said.
Each Pearl Villa unit will be from 99sq.m. to 320sqm. Vietcombank is providing loans to those who want to buy Pearl Villas, worth up to 70 per cent of the villa's value and repayment terms of up to 15 years.
BIM Group is providing attractive promotions for homebuyers and investors of Pearl Villas on the occasion of the project's debut, including one year of free schooling at international kindergarten Kinderwork Ha Long and a five-year VIP card at Elite Fitness worth VND100 million (US$4,460). In addition, discounts of up to VND3 million per square metre will be given to those who want to buy bare-shell units.
The developer will also take no service charge for five years, starting from the day the villas are handed over to buyers.
Halong Marina Urban Area is a flagship project of the BIM Group covering 284ha in Ha Long City and consists of several high-profile projects, many of which are already in operation. The group is also hastening its investments in Phú Quốc Marina, a luxury resort and recreation complex on Phú Quốc Island.
