Quadran pitches more renewables projects

French energy firm Quadran International and China’s Shanghai SUS Environment Co Ltd met Tourism Thong Khon on Monday to further discuss the potential for developing a $167 million 30-megawatt biomass plant for Phnom Penh, local media reported.

The two companies also proposed an $89 million 55-megawatt solar plant for Siem Reap.

This is the second time in six months Quadran has visited Cambodia looking to push energy investment projects.
