Hong Kong firm places growth on Cambodia
Kerry Logistics reported growth in Cambodia and Southeast Asia despite weak overall profits during the first half of the year, the said Hong Kong-based firm.
The company attributed the poor performance to a global downturn in demand for logistic services caused by a weakening Chinese economy.
As the company looks to complete its $60 million Kerry WorldBridge SEZ during the second half of 2016, it anticipates continued growth in Cambodia.
Kerry Logistics reported a 1 per cent growth in profit to $70.6 million for the first half of 2016.
