J&L Property brings Phnom Penh condos to the countryside

Cementing their foothold in the local real estate market, J&L Property, the Australian-Cambodian developer behind the prestigious Sky Tree Condo development in Phnom Penh’s north-western centre, has launched a second showroom and sales office in Siem Reap, in collaboration with Key Real Estate.

The Siem Reap Sales Launch earlier this month follows on from the company’s first showroom opening in Phnom Penh in April.

At the occasion of the Siem Reap Sales Launch, Ganesan Arumugam from J&L Property’s management team, told media the reasoning for the company’s expansion.

“I am of the opinion that there are “hidden” customers in Cambodia’s provinces, outside Phnom Penh for whom Sky Tree could be a very interesting investment option,” Ganesan said.

He further explained that it has been a challenge to approach potential customers outside Phnom Penh to properly inform them about the Sky Tree development and consult them on their investment options.

Of course, investing in real estate is a big decision in everyone’s life and it is therefore better to speak face-to-face with a professional consultant to make a well-informed decision. This is why J&L is also offering professional consulting in Siem Reap as well.

Within nine days of the launch, responses have been more than encouraging.

“Every day, we received a good number of interested customers”, Ganesan said.

As a result of the positive interest being shown in the Siem ReapSales launch, J&L has resolved to launch Showrooms in Battambang, Sihanoukville and Kampong Chnam in a next step.

Gradually expanding the presence of J&L and the Sky Tree condo throughout all of Cambodia isn’t the main reason for the success, however.

More than anything, J&L property’s Sky Tree development offers high quality standards available for reasonable and fair prices, which attracts foreign and local buyers alike, according to Ganesan.

“Since there are many choices for the customer to choose from [referring to the number of condo units projects which are popping into the sky all over Phnom Penh] I strongly feel Sky Tree has an advantage over the rest of the condos in the market,” he said.

With best price per square metre, designed by a Singaporean architecture firm, built with the construction know-how of MCC, one of the biggest and best construction companies in the world, in addition to early completion and guaranteed rental returns, Sky Tree condominiums remain appeal for people everywhere.

Now also in Siem Reap and soon practically nation-wide.
