Gov’t extends online registration deadline

The Ministry of Commerce has extended the deadline for companies to register their business operations, giving them an extra three months to comply, the ministry announced in a press release.

The new deadline pushes back the deadline to June 30. The extension was due to the failure of the majority of companies operating in Cambodia to respond to the ministry’s March 31 deadline, the press release said.

The ministry urged companies to comply by the new deadline in order to avoid any losses under the commerce law.
