Gallery Villas launched as jewel in Ho Tram’s crown

Ho Tram Project Company has launched its latest residential project, Gallery Villas, which are set to become one of Vietnam’s premier vacation residences. Michael Kelly, executive chairman of Ho Tram Strip, spoke with VIR’s Nam Phuong about the unique offering that the Gallery Villas would provide to discerning investors in vacation homes.

What makes the Gallery Villas stand out in terms of location and design?

Our Gallery Villas are situated on the Ho Tram Strip in Ba Ria-Vung Tau, which is less than two hours from Ho Chi Minh City. This means residents can easily enjoy a getaway to the villa whenever they want. In terms of design, the project consists of 60 three-bedroom villas that range between 800 and 1,700 square metres in . Each villa is set over two floors with blended indoor and outdoor living spaces on both levels, including terraces and private swimming pools for residents.

Designed by leading architecture company DWP, the villas are woven seamlessly into the rolling dune-scape of The Bluffs, with their curved sandy rooftops giving way to floor-to-ceiling glass. The spacious home is thus bathed in natural light and its residents are able to drink in spectacular panoramic views of the East Sea and the golf course itself.

Likewise, the interiors of the Gallery Villas have been meticulously thought-out by artsy expressions. Each home conveys a unique interpretation of a contemporary luxury seaside lifestyle for the most discerning residents. 24-hour security and other property management services are supplied by the company to all of the Gallery Villas.

The Gallery Villas are located on to The Bluffs Ho Tram Strip, a world-class golf course. How will this benefit Gallery Villas’ owners?

The Bluffs Ho Tram Strip has been widely recognised, and has earned some of the most illustrious accolades including “The Best New Golf Course in the World”, presented by the prestigious World Golf Awards in 2015. It is also the first course in Vietnam to make the Golf Digest Top 100 Greatest Golf Courses in the World list, which is the gold standard for golf course recognition.

As a result, the Gallery Villas’ proximity to The Bluffs is a major advantage. The villas feature unobstructed sea vistas from the dunes of The Bluffs, and all residents can enjoy 43-year residential golf memberships included with their investment rights, allowing them to tee-off from their doorsteps any time at The Bluffs.

What other entertainment and relaxation options do the Gallery Villas offer?

Apart from membership privileges at The Bluffs, Gallery Villas’ residents can enjoy five-star services at The Grand Ho Tram any time that they want, including access to the resort’s facilities, swimming pools, children’s centre, gym, spa, our broad range of luxurious restaurants; as well as the Strip’s 2.2-kilometre private beach. Gallery Villas residents are buying in to a lifestyle where they can enjoy a quick getaway from Ho Chi Minh City whenever they want, play golf at The Bluffs, participate in the wide range of exciting activities that we always have happening at Ho Tram, whether that means parties in our club or fashion shows or just relaxing by the sea or at The Spa. No other place in Vietnam can offer this level of integrated resort lifestyle.

All in all, in Vietnam we’ve built the premier resort with The Grand, the premier golf course with The Bluffs. With the Gallery Villas, we now open the doors to Vietnam’s premier residences, enabling the ability to “live the dream” and indulge in intimate luxuries – all as part of Vietnam’s leading beach-side destination.

Can you reveal any updates on the overall development of the Ho Tram Strip project?

The Ho Tram Project Company has invested $1 billion so far in the Ho Tram Strip, and our investment is still going strong. We’ll introduce some new luxury stores and a 3D theatre next month, as well as a family karaoke and a water slide in May for The Grand. We’ll also build a 20-storey tower named “The Beach Club” which will be the second phase of The Grand and will bring luxurious amenities including a sky bar, a roller coaster, and an extensive retail segment.

Moreover, a new 1,000-room condominium apartment project in Ho Tram is already earmarked for development. We plan to make Ho Tram Strip the premier destination in Vietnam, with an integrated resort that satisfies a wide range of accommodation, leisure, and entertainment purposes.
