Phu My Hung set to start selling apartments in Scenic Valley 2

Phu My Hung Development Corporation late last week announced it would sell units at its new apartment project, Scenic Valley 2, from the 12th of March.

To attract its main customer segment, young couples, for the first time it will accept payment in installments of 1 per cent per month.

Demand among young buyers has been increasing in recent years, and that is why it wants to give them a chance to buy homes in Phu My Hung City Centre, the company said.

Many lenders like Vietcombank, Viettinbank, BIDV, ACB, ANZ, Standard Chartered, HSBC, Hong Leong, and Shinhanbank would offer loans of up to 70 per cent of the cost to customers at low interest rates, it added.

Scenic 2, situated on Nguyen Luong Bang Street, will have three 17-storeyed buildings with 248 apartments and 47 stores. The apartments will range in from 71sq.m to 124sq.m.

The company has two show houses for inspection by prospective buyers.
