TNK Capital Partners team joins EY in Viet Nam

EY Viet Nam on Wednesday announced that it had merged with TNK Capital Partners as part of an effort to bolster service offerings in the transaction advisory space, according to Tran Dinh Cuong, country managing partner of EY Viet Nam.

This would enable EY to help clients strategically manage their deals and capital decisions as they navigate the fast-changing emerging market in Viet Nam.

With the addition of the TNK Capital Partners team, the new EY team Viet Nam will comprise professionals who will focus on M&A; financial and commercial due diligence; corporate finance strategy; corporate restructuring; valuations and business modeling; infrastructure advisory; post-merger integration and divestiture advisory services.

The new move is part of the company's broader growth investment plan in its transaction advisory services line in ASEAN, which has more than 50 partners and 500 dedicated professionals.

TNK Capital Partners is a highly reputable investment banking advisory firm in Viet Nam, while EY is a global leader in assurance, tax, transaction and advisory services.
