Record sales for Ford Viet Nam in 2015

Ford Viet Nam saw record sales in 2015, selling 20,740 units, a significant rise of 48 per cent over the previous year.

In December, the sale growth rate was 60 per cent, reaching over 2,600 units.

Pham Van Dung, general director of Ford Viet Nam, attributed the growth to the effort of the management board and company staff.

The Ranger vehicle reached a growth rate of 81 per cent in 2015 with nearly 8,700 cars sold.

EcoSport, meanwhile, remains the company's key product. Nearly 4,000 units were sold, up 145 per cent year-on-year.

In addition, about 5,600 Transit cars were sold in 2015.
