A majority of Green Bay Village townhouses sold

Some 70 per cent of Green Bay Village townhouses offered for sale in Quang Ninh Province on December 20 have received deposits for purchases from buyers.

Officials said this level of activity reflected growing interest in the property market in the northern tourism province and the demand for green living space in urban areas.

The first sale of Green Bay Village saw 50 successful transactions, according to the project's developer, Syrena Viet Nam – a member of diversified BIM Group.

Green Bay Village is the expanded phase of Green Bay project, which is developing a standard urban area in Quang Ninh Province that includes townhouses, apartment buildings and retail shops with modern facilities, environmentally friendly designs and round-the-clock security.

The project's first phase was Green Bay Towers – the first luxury apartment building in Quang Ninh – which is home to some 400 households.

As part of the terms to purchase the final apartments in Green Bay Towers, the developer plans to instantly hand over apartments to buyers for an agreement to pay by monthly installments for the purchase, with a 30 per cent advance payment.

Green Bay Village is located on a 248-ha-Halong Marina Urban Area stretching along Ha Long beach, and is meant to benefit from the urban area's developed infrastructure and projects.

Two apartment buyers noted that they decided to purchase Green Bay Village townhouses due to its ideal living environment and security, along with the attractive promotions from developers and investment opportunities.
