Local company exports first shipment of salted duck eggs to Brunei

Vietfarm Ltd from HCM City shipped the first container of salted duck eggs, equivalent to 120,000 eggs, to Brunei last week, its director general Dam Van Hoat told tuoi tre.vn.

With a positive response from the market, Vietfarm would get a monthly order of around 2 to 3 containers, Hoat revealed.

He added that Vietfarm was completing necessary procedures to re-export salted duck eggs to Singapore and Malaysia late this month after several years of disruption due to epidemics and other issues related to food hygiene and safety.

The company planned to ship about 20 to 24 containers of salted duck eggs monthly to the three reviewed markets.
