Novaland offers 1% instalments for HCM City office-tel

Property developer Novaland has said buyers of units in its Office-tel RiverGate mixed use building in HCM City can make payments of just 1 per cent a month for 79 months after making a 20 per cent down payment.

The price of a unit in the building on Ben Van Don Street, District 4, starts at VND1.8 billion (US$85,000), and the handover is scheduled for August 2017.

The company pointed out that the 1 per cent instalment meant buyers can pay using the rent they get for their unit.

Office rent in the city centre is around $20 per square metre.

Office-tel, a portmanteau of office and hotel, is a new concept in Viet Nam.
