Happy Residence opens sales, almost sold out ‘in 49 minutes'
Happy Residence, a new housing project by the Phu My Hung Development Corporation, opened sales late last week with over 500 prospective customers turning up for the sales event.
Phu My Hung said in the first phase of sales it offered 142 apartments in block A, and "in 49 minutes, 99 per cent of them had been booked."
The next phase would be in November, it said.
The company said many young couples, 60 of them foreigners, had come to the sales event.
The project is located in the Southside District of Phu My Hung City Centre, next to four ecological parks and fronting Nguyen Luong Bang Avenue.
The project has 554 apartments ranging form 71sq.m to 92sq.m in four buildings.
