MIK starts selling Park Riverside in HCM City

MIK Corporation, one of the leading real estate developers in Viet Nam, has announced it will start selling units at its Park Riverside project in HCM City's District 9 on September 19.

 

Some150 units would be sold with many attractive promotions, the company said.

A 30 per cent down payment has to be made, and the rest can be paid in two years with support from banks, it added.

The company will also open a model house complex for prospective buyers at the site.

Park Riverside measures 17.7ha, and will have 374 houses and 170 villas ranging from 151sq.m to 174sq.m.

Being built by Hoa Binh Corporation, it is managed by global real estate company JLL Group.
